In order to be a member of Club Racquetball, you must join our team through Fusion

Make sure you sign in with your Uconn email. You may need to search for “Raquetball” in the search bar.

Fill out the required information, and sign the Recreation Waiver, Participation Acknowledgement, Concussion and Injury Disclosure and Assumption of Risk forms.

You will need to submit a clearance to play form as well as a medical history form.

PLEASE LET ONE OF THE OFFICERS KNOW IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE WITH THIS!!!
